Joburg Ballet seeks dancers with good classical ballet technique. The company is based in modern, spacious premises at the Joburg Theatre, Johannesburg.
Applicants may audition in person at Joburg Ballet on Saturday 14 September 2024 at 14h00, or via email to be received by Monday 16 September 2024. If auditioning in person, please provide resumé (with training, experience, name, nationality, date of birth, contact details, height in cm, full figure photographs) when attending the audition or email in advance.
Email applications must include resumé (with training, experience, name, nationality, date of birth, contact details, height in cm, full figure photographs) as well as video of the applicant’s dancing (via email or link).
The auditions are open to all but preference is given to South African dancers. Should South African dancers of the required standard not be available to fill vacancies, non-South Africans will be considered. Salary structures for South African and foreign dancers are the same.
